Typography Specimen

System fonts only. Times New Roman for headings, Courier/monospace for body. No web fonts.

Heading scale — font-serif (Times New Roman, Georgia):

H1 — Page Title (36px)

H2 — Section Heading (28px)

H3 — Subsection (22px)

H4 — Minor Heading (17px)

Body text — font-mono (Courier New, monospace):

Regular body text at 13px. The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog. Pack my box with five dozen liquor jugs. Monospace characters all share identical width, lending a typewriter quality to all prose.

Small text at 12px. Copyright notices, timestamps, metadata, and fine print all use this size. Still monospace, still legible.

System sans-serif — font-sans (Arial, Helvetica):

System sans-serif for UI labels and navigation. Minimal use only.

Small label text — browser chrome matches this weight

Inline text elements:

Bold text is for emphasis. Italic text is for citations. inline code for technical terms. hyperlink text in signature blue.

Reference table — abide by these rules at all times
